We have a 28-day return policy. If the item is returned within 28 days of delivery, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.
Return of discounted items:
If you have an item purchased on sale (i.e. a red discounted price), you must create a return and request a refund within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you or a collection point. You must then return that product to us within the next 14 days. If we receive your product within 28 days of its delivery to you or the point of collection, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
The target is to refund your funds within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
The cost of returning the Goods is the responsibility of the Buyer. Please note that we do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Poland, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Feel free to try on the item as you would in a physical store, but please avoid wearing it for an extended period. If the returned item is damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we regret that we cannot issue a refund and may need to return it to you (with the delivery costs borne by you). All items undergo inspection upon return. To receive a full refund, please ensure that all items are returned to us in unworn/unused condition, with the original packaging, tags, and labels attached, just as you received them.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
